		<description>You can download the SQL 2005 Express Toolkit and it has DTS.  But, it won&#039;t create a shortcut for you after it&#039;s installed - you can find it here by default: C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\90\DTS\Binn\DTSWizard.exe</description>
